The maker is CMR44 which is a rare producer ( Hawig Hauswirtschafts-Maschinen-GmbH ).

The Wehrpass was designed to ID germany's soldiers in and before training before they were assigned to a unit.
Every example contains a picture and personal information on the Soldier.
