This is a very nice aluminum Waffen-SS EM/NCO's Belt Buckle (Koppelschloß).
On the reverse, the buckle is nicely maker marked with 'RZM 36/40 SS', indicating production by the company of Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid 1940
